  The ABSOLUTE worst experience I ever had with any service provider. This place is a total scam. Everything they told me was a complete lie. Was told I would pay $60 a month unlimited and $11/month for a new phone if I turned in my existing 6Plus and was supposed to receive a $200 refund. Never received a refund, getting charged $150/month and Sprint Corporate has no record of this store every returning my phone. Apparently they stole my phone so now I have to get an attorney. Seriously don't have time for this crap I don't even give it 1 star, but cannot post this unless you provide minimum
